Online shoppers prefer iOS devices on Android - 3DNews

According to the latest report of research firm Forrester, owners of iPhone, iPad and iPod touch is 30% more likely to use their devices to make purchases on the web than owners of Android-devices.

study conducted by Forrester, was quite ambitious – 58,000 respondents in the United States. It turned out that iOS users are not only 30% more likely to buy something online using their devices than owners of Android, but also 15% more likely to iOS device used to view the information about the product and the study of its consumer properties.

Thus 99% of online retailers are planning to release its specialized application for iOS and only 96% for Android. For BlackBerry and Windows Mobile are ready to release specific applications only the largest retailers.
